The four young boys of Lily Electric supported mani spinx (watch my pictures here) at the almost empty Forbrændingen this snowy night in Albertslund. What a pity, because both bands did a remarkable job.
The songs of Lily Electric reminded me of the sound of The Beatles in their classic era in 1963/1964. Nice vocal harmonies with a catching beat, added by a vital stage performance, especially by the lead guitarist.
Unfortunately the band has until now released an album on vinyl only, so I was not able to get their demo. But you can read more about this upcoming band on their myspace profile here, and you can also visit their website here.
